Cervejaria do Canto's daily goal is to create, serve and make people enjoy good food. We love fresh food, made from local products with Azorean quality.

Without Chef's, Sous Chef's... in the kitchen we have Cooks who cook in Portuguese, but... They mix cultures, styles and concepts of traditional, passionate and moving cuisine, authentic and without complications.

Beer... We will have our own production, coming out in mid-summer... for now our focus is on the kitchen and creating service routines that allow you to enjoy good times...

On the beer taps, there are alternately Portuguese crafts and a tap for Super Bock, as expected. From the bottle... and in particular the craft beer from the Azores and a Duvel at the back of the fridge mixed with all the other malted, toasted, bitter and well-hopped malts that make us travel in time.

Wines... The iron wine cellar we had was large and empty after being restored, to compose it we had to go to Encruzado from Dão until we reached Verdelho from the Azores, giving primacy to  Douro valley, and... as contradictory as it may seem we have more references of wine than beer... but life is also made of this!

Sound, the decibels increase as the night grows... why not?... after all, the acoustics of the room was designed with this in mind...  but without overlapping a pleasant conversation between friends!
